Job Title Consultant, Program Management All About Us MasterCard SPM, a professional services arm of MasterCard Worldwide, provides payments-focused change-management capabilities to its clients worldwide. With its unique expertise in the payments domain, deep understanding of customer needs and successful track record in addressing complex challenges throughout the payments lifecycle, MasterCard SPM helps clients deliver sophisticated products and services to their customers. This role sits within the Mastercard Data and Services business unit. All About the Role Working directly with the client, you will be working on large scale business transformation topics to implement complex Mastercard assets; as well as design and build business/operational processes for the success of these assets. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting the transformation milestones (both small and large), organising delivery and ultimate implementation for the client. You’ll have a key eye for efficiencies and optimisation opportunities to maximise the benefit of these Mastercard assets for the clients overall success. You’ll find more about our solutions here: https://www.mastercardservices.com/en/solutions All About You •The SPM Project Manager is a proactive project leader (PMO) with 2-4 years relevant work experience in delivery of small and large complex payments or digital transformation projects of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment. •Able to apply an appropriate delivery methodology, create, execute and track multiple project work plans and revise, adjust as appropriate to remain aligned with goals and targeted benefits. •Strong communication skills to present relevant programme information to management and stakeholders. •Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate • Be a strong manager of time, budgets. Able to manage team members, planning coordinating and organising their tasks and activities All About Your Education & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. •AIPMM or other equivalent product management qualifications desirable •Fluent local language and English Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
