Overview This person will be accountable to manage feed additive bussines, Key scope is Development, planning, Demand creation and manage the business with our partners in Egypt Functions, Duties, Tasks: Provide leadership in assigned territory through implementation of strategies and operational efficiency to achieve business objectives in line with Regional Manager Forecasting & Budgeting: Manage the forecasting and budgeting exercises to deliver EWs (Essential Wins) and LRP (Long Range Plan) Innovation: Identification of growth opportunities, propose solutions and innovation Key Account Management: Work closely with existing, new and potential key accounts to sustain and grow the business Communication: Holds effective communication with internal and external customers Territory Channel Operations: Identify areas where channel partners need to be sustained and/or be appointed, evaluated and managed efficiently Stock Management: Ensure adequate stocks are available & ensure liquidation of non-moving and old stocks People Management: Participate in the selection process, support training needs, coach and develop direct reports and leverage employee motivation through better engagement Succession Planning: Implementation of a concrete succession planning for key talents in assigned territory in coordination with Regional Manager Market Management: Market mapping and development; closely monitor market trends, market share, business drivers and competition bench marking Corporate Affairs: Leverage relationship with key stakeholders to sustain/facilitate market access for existing and new products in line with our Corporate Affairs strategy Regulatory Affairs: Closely coordinate with Elanco regulatory team to sustain current registrations/renewals and expedite the approval process of new registrations Customer Relationship Management (CRM): engage and ensure CRM compliance in the assigned territory Requirements Vet degree is a must. Experience in feed additives sector, Managing sales not less than 5 years Experience of leading sales in animal health business Good business acumen and results driven Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good influence and leadership skills Strong learning agility Organizational and implementation skills Personal accountability with high initiative and sound work ethics Computer literate (Microsoft office) English proficiency is mandatory
