What's the role?

The role of our Energy & Industry (E&I) Business Developer is to develop sales, drive specifications and foster long term relationships with local and international key accounts, and projects.

What does the role involve?

In this role you will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to secure business.

You will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share in the E&I area. You will identify business opportunities to allow for local application to secure profitable growth in the various product lines, while expanding the buying customer platform.

Developing accounts, and key project penetration strategies and action plans, are also a key responsibility of this role.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Fluent in French and Arabic with proficiency in English – written & verbal
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, with proven success in selling value adding solutions to contractors & end users
  • Experience within Oil & Gas or Energy industries.
  • Proven relationship management, and contract negotiation skills
  • A target and solution-oriented mind-set
  • The ability and willingness to travel.
