Director (Industrial & Logistics Projects) Salary £80,000 - £100,000 + Excellent Bonus + BenefitsLondon Capstone have partnered with one of the UKs leading Real Estate consultancies in the search for a Director to lead on major industrial projects with some of the UKs most well-known blue-chip developer clients. This specialist team is an industry leader in a sector that has exploded over recent years and looks set to continue to expand. The Role As a Director, you will form part of the senior team to deliver new build industrial projects and large industrial building refurbishments from inception through to completion as well as building new client relationships aided by this clients strong brand and reputation. You will work closely with design, M&E and operational teams with the role being based from their vibrant London head office with projects located around the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience working on industrial and logistics projects. Key Responsibilities· Leading on the delivery of industrial developments / refurbishments from inception through to completion.· Reporting directly to the client. · Using a pre-existing network of clients to bring new business to the client· Excellent working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and techniques Attributes· Ideally you will be degree educated and chartered or working towards qualifications.
