You can find out more about our hybrid working policy at We're looking for a motivated omnichannel media manager to join Co-op's media team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day planning of media strategies - delivering the right message, right time, right channel. We'll look to you to bring our brand to life in each campaign, define the channels and the budget, and engage the creative teams to deliver compelling assets. With your help, we'll be a bolder, sharper and more exciting brand, here to support our members, customers and communities. What you'll do* deliver media strategies which clearly communicate the roles of channels and customer journeys, managing media planning across all channels (including TV, CTV/VOD, press, DOOH, online channels, display and social) * own and drive the digital programmatic strategy, optimising this to deliver a data driven strategy * manage media plans to make sure we're optimising and flighting spend to deliver great return on investment * work with our media and digital agencies, to identify target audiences * undertake budget management, supporting with PO (purchase order) raising, receipting and management of PO trackers * work closely with Econometrics team/agency to understand media performance and influence future comms plans * build strong collaborative relationship with external agencies, media partners, internal colleagues, and campaign managers This role would suit people who have* previous media planning experience, including interrogating and optimising plans to drive return on investment * a good understanding of media channels across paid, owned and earned mix, including digital * experience of working with programmatic marketing * a data-driven / analytical approach, with experience of using media measurement tools, for example Econometrics * significant Budget management experience * great communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence key partners * experience of working in or with media agencies Why Co-op?Here you will do work that matters.
