Our valuation team is currently looking for its new senior advisor to complete its team in the framework of its growth. Please see the job description below and feel free to apply. Responsibilities: - Support the team on operational level in our external valuation desk and audit assist valuation function; - Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews; - Build financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, market transactions, warrants/ option pricing analyses, etc; - Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using accepted and relevant approaches and theory; - Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement; - Coaching and reviewing of the work of junior staff members; - Report and present analyses and conclusions including written reports in English or French languages.
