Assist in daily operations of the office and provide the necessary support to the team members through performing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Scheduling meetings and appointments and prepare documents for business meetings as required by management.
Preparing minutes of meetings.
Tracking and ordering office supplies.
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Assisting in preparing or receiving items for/from product specialists
Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization.
Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
Helping in maintaining files to keep track of important documents
Assist in creating and managing the inventory as necessary
Finding and suggesting ways to improve administrative processes
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Direct Manager
