Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing product strategy : Create strategic (by preparing a yearly business plan) and tactical (monthly) plans specific to the accounts that consider long term goals of an entire portfolio of products offered by the company in the supervision and approval of High Management.
2. Managing Key Accounts: Segment local accounts according to potential and propensity and maintain an update customer contact records.
3. Prepare a robust account plan for each account and visiting them regularly to achieve business objectives.
4. Selling (selling process) : Take direct orders from customers by phone or during routinely visits, then send sales orders through a software that enables constant synchronization of data between the field and the invoicing unit
5. Coordinating orders distribution channels: Organize daily orders that should be delivered by the Courier within a defined distribution schedule.
6. Monitor any complaints or non-conformances reported to drive continuous improvement.
7. Monitoring sales target: Hold regular meetings with my co-worker and the High Management to discuss and provide details about our day-to-day work and future plans (sales figures, market needs and opportunities, competitors, client complaints, new upcoming products, product launches…) and review/assess implementation of tactical plans in order to take corrective actions as required in agreement with the High Management.
8.Market intelligence and feedback update.
Work Experience and Educational Requirements:
1. B.S in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or any scientific certificate
2. PC skills (Microsoft office), Self-Orientation, ability of working with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, having flexible and positive attitude 3. Experience not less than 3 years at least
