We’re looking to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator for our client, who is leading for more than 20 years in the import, promotion and distribution of various pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting to Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible
For:

FORECAST AND ORDERS :
• prepare monthly forecast files
• Prepare orders
• Follow-up on expiries

PURCHASING :
• Responsible for negotiating company purchases
• Follow-up company needs with concerned departments

LOGISTICS :
• Coordinate with regulatory on shipments preparations
• Get quotations for shipments
• Coordinate with clearing agents
• Process shipments on system while coordinating with warehouse

Skills & Expertise
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
• Flexibility and multi tasking skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Advanced spoken and written English and French
• Excellent computer skills

Remuneration: 1200$ – 1600$ (depending on experience and certifications)
Location: Sin El Fil
