A gym located in Beirut, Rawshe is currently hiring a PM Shift Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
• Greet members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with inquiries about memberships, class schedules, facilities, and general gym policies.
• Address member concerns or complaints with a focus on maintaining satisfaction and retention.
2. Front Desk Operations:
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that members follow access protocols.
• Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, fitness classes, and other services.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, keeping promotional materials and signage up-to-date.
3. Administrative Support:
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and directing queries to the appropriate department.
• Process new membership registrations and renewals, handling related paperwork and fees.
• Assist with record-keeping, including updating member information and attendance logs.
