HR Coordinator – Join Our Australian Dental Practice

We’re looking for an experienced and organised HR Coordinator to support our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance.

Handle employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Oversee payroll, benefits, and training programs.


What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and HR experience.

Excellent English (written and verbal).

Discreet and professional handling of confidential information.


What We Offer:

Salary: $600–900 USD/month (based on experience).

Perks:

$500 USD training rate in the first month.

$100 USD petrol + $15 USD phone/internet monthly allowances.

Private medical insurance after 3 months.


Hours: 25–40 hours/week (early morning starts).

Location: Near Ghazir Basketball Stadium (not remote).
