Requirements:
• Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field .
• Experience: 4-5 years in construction projects.
• Skills:
o Ability to handle pressure.
o Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise laborers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with engineering designs and safety regulations.
• Address any technical or engineering issues that arise during project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting any deviations to management.
• Ensure proper material handling and storage on-site, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient usage.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
