Are you a motivated and experienced HR professional? Proline SAL is looking for an HR Officer with 5+ years of experience to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Overseeing payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Supporting performance management processes.
Oversee visa, hotel and car bookings for employee business trips, training programs, and relocation arrangements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven HR experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
