OPERATIONS MANGER
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in operations management, preferably in a multi-location retail or F&B business

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations & ensure smooth workflows across departments
- Manage budgets, inventory & logistics to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement policies & procedures to maintain high service quality & consistency
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure all branches follow company standards
- Identify areas for operational improvement & implement corrective actions

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related fields
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple projects
