: Position: *Dispatch Assistant* * Location:* Beirut, Gemmayze Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We’re looking for a *Dispatch Assistant* to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to handle daily delivery coordination while keeping communication smooth between drivers, customers, and the internal team. * About the Role:* You will be responsible for planning and following up on deliveries, tracking orders, preparing basic paperwork, handling dispatch issues, and supporting purchasing tasks when needed. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep operations running efficiently. * Key Responsibilities:* • Plan and schedule daily deliveries • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams • Track orders and update delivery statuses • Prepare dispatch documents and basic reports • Resolve delivery issues professionally and quickly • Keep accurate records and ensure proper filing • Support the Dispatch Manager with daily operations • Assist with basic purchasing tasks (supplier follow-ups, preparing POs, confirming stock availability) * Requirements:* • Experience in dispatch, logistics, purchasing, or customer service (preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure • Good computer skills (Excel, email, basic software) • High attention to detail + problem-solving attitude • Flexibility to work extra hours if needed • Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures is a plus To Apply: Send your CV to abed2020mn@gmail.com Please make sure to include the job title “Dispatch Assistant” as the email subject.
