Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting internal operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeated business, and loyalty.
Represent the company at client events, trade shows, and conferences (both in-person and virtual) as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and timely delivery of all requirements.
Monitor operational workflows and support quick and effective resolution of client concerns or issues.
Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal departments to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Dubai with immediate availability
