Junior Accountant Needed:

We World Optical Supplies located in Hamra - Beirut are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and a proactive approach to handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter cash transactions into the accounting system (PV – RV – LC).

- Record inventory invoices in the accounting system (PI – PR – ST – TO – SI – SJ).

- Receive goods when required.

- Follow up on accounts payable.

- Follow up on accounts receivable.

- Manage fixed asset accounts.

- Enter, modify, and create Excel files.

- Organize paper and digital files.

- Prepare financial reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 0–2 years of accounting experience.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
