Operations Manager*

Looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to support the daily execution of core operational activities across production, inventory, logistics, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and is highly reliable in follow-up and execution. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder and internal teams to ensure products are planned, tracked, delivered, and available across markets.
*Requirements:*
● 4-8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production coordination (Beauty / FMCG / Retail preferred)
● Proven ability to build partnerships with manufacturers and negotiate execution terms
● Advanced office productivity tool skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Docs) with strong data handling capability
● Reliable, structured, proactive, and execution-focused
