We are looking to hire *Sales & Account Manager* , iCARRY Company,
Location: Beirut Down Town
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues and requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve account growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track and report account performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities through an aggressive sales approach, attending client meetings and exploring potential accounts.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics/account management roles, preferably in courier, delivery or freight companies.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
