What you’ll do:
Support clients & handle inquiries
Assist with onboarding & follow-ups
Manage data entry & CRM (HubSpot)
Monitor system usage & report issues
Support sales & operations teams
What we’re looking for:
0-2 years experience (support / admin / ops)
Detail-oriented & organized
Strong communication skills
Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
Positive attitude & eager to learn
