Description	Job Opportunity: Receptionist - Therapy Lounge Clinic - Beirut - Talet khayat We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our Physiotherapy Clinic team. Position Details: • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Hours: • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Managing and scheduling patient appointments • Communicating with insurance companies regarding approvals and claims • Handling phone calls and patient inquiries professionally • Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation • Assisting with daily administrative tasks Requirements: • Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in a medical/physiotherapy setting) • Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems • Experience communicating with insurance companies • Strong communication and organizational skills • Professional appearance and attitude Phone number: 70712303
