We are looking for a Branch Manager - BCC Mall
As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellence in customer service, team performance, and sales growth.
You will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s standards, managing staff, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service excellence
• Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet business targets
• Coordinate with head office on promotions, reporting, and operational requirements
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
• Female candidate, ideally aged between 30-40 years
• Minimum 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role
• Background in fashion retail (maternity, children’s wear, or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth in high-traffic retail environments
