Butec Property Management (bpm) is currently looking for a *Senior Finance Specialist* in Mkalles area.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive accounting expreience preferably in a corporate or group environment.
- Proven experience in financial reporting , general ledger management, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Strong background reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Solid understanding of relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Experience in audit coordination and dealing with external auditors.
- Ability to manage multiple entities/accounts and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience supervising or monitoring Junior accountants is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
