Role Overview
highly driven Country Operations Manager to lead and scale our operations in Lebanon. You will be responsible for growing supply, increasing bookings, and managing day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage car rental partners
* Grow app usage and bookings in Lebanon
* Handle daily operational issues
* Execute local marketing initiatives
* Coordinate with founders and report performance
* Build and optimize operational workflows
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in operations, sales, or startups
* Strong execution and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Knowledge of Lebanese market
* Arabic & English required
Nice to Have
* Experience in mobility, marketplaces, or rentals
* Existing network in car rental industry
Compensation
* Base salary + performance-based commission
