We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company seeking a reliable Project Coordinator to support operations during U.S. hours.
*Requirements*
* Experience in US Facility Management is a must
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Strong English communication skills
* Familiar with Excel, Google tools, and task management systems
*Key Responsibilities*
- Coordinate projects, work orders, and daily tasks
- Communicate with dispatchers, vendors, and field teams
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Update systems (ClickUp, email, Google Drive)
- Follow up on pending tasks and issues
