Position: *Female Right hand to Founder*
YOUMNA is looking for ambitious women ready to transition from execution to high-impact strategic roles, working remotely as the right hand to global founders and investors.
The role includes pre-training on the required tools and technical platforms.
*Requirements:*
Fluency in English
2+ years of professional experience
Background in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and others)
Organized, proactive, and able to work with senior leadership
