This role combines operations, customer service, reservations, sales, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping grow the business.

*Main Responsibilities*
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, reservations, and bookings.
Coordinate daily rental operations and vehicle reservations.
Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
Monitor ongoing rentals and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage customer information and leads using Zoho CRM.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up on quotations and pending reservations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase customer retention.
Promote company services, seasonal offers, and rental solutions.

*Requirements*
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Previous experience in Sales is required.
Experience in Customer Service, Reservations, or Operations is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM is an advantage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

*Work Schedule*
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Onsite)
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Onsite, Rotation)
After 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Remote Rotation
