: Tele Sales Representative
motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to present products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Answer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Process orders and update customer records.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the field sales team when needed.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate call and sales records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English or French.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-oriented.
