: SMS NOC Engineer - Beirut, Lebanon (On-Site)
WAYVZ Group is looking for a hands-on SMS NOC Engineers with prior industry experience and availability for rotating shift coverage.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon (On-Site)
Experience: 1+ years in SMS operations (A2P / CPaaS)
Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor A2P SMS traffic, routing, and network performance in real time.
- Troubleshoot delivery, latency, and SMPP connectivity issues.
- Coordinate incident resolution with MNOs, aggregators, and partners.
- Support 24/7 operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in the SMS industry
- Full commitment to working weekend, morning, and evening rotation shifts.
- Solid grasp of the SMPP protocol, SMS platform tools, and monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under fast-paced conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
