LYXA| Business Development Associate - Matn Area
We're looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and help expand our merchant and key-account network across Lebanon.
I Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in Matn, Lebanon.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Identify and onboard key accounts across F&B, grocery, retail, and lifestyle sectors
* Approach and negotiate partnerships with vendors, franchise chains, and established brands
* Develop and manage a strong merchant pipeline
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants
* Monitor merchant performance and support initiatives that drive orders and engagement
* Conduct competitor research and neighborhood mapping to identify growth opportunities
* Share market and merchant insights with the Product and Operations teams
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships
* Experience in F&B, e-commerce, delivery, or retail is a strong plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to identify opportunities, approach decisionmakers, and close partnerships
* Good knowledge of the local retail and merchant landscape
* Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based business development
