*Retention Marketing Specialist* to join our growing team.

*Duties and Responsibilities* :
- Build and maintain behavioral cohorts in the Analytics tool like Mixpanel/Amplitude (new, active, at-risk, dormant, churned) and translate insights into actionable segmentation strategies
- Design, execute, and optimize targeted in-app promotions, push notifications, SMS, and email campaigns tailored to each cohort
- Develop automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, second-order conversion, reactivation, and win-back flows
- Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-off points and implement data-backed interventions
- Define and track core KPIs: retention rate, churn rate, order frequency, CLV, and promotional ROI
- Run structured A/B tests on offers, messaging, timing, and channels, and scale what performs
- Partner with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to align retention initiatives with business objectives
- Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership
*Qualifications* :
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in B2C app-based environments like e-commerce, quick-commerce, or fintech).
- Hands-on experience with analytics and engagement tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, or CleverTap.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
