We are urgently looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with a strong background in the transportation industry and proven expertise in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, and daily scheduling.



• Strong stakeholder management and client coordination skills.



• Coordinate with drivers, internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.



• Experience in employee onboarding, attendance management, and payroll coordination.



• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and maintaining operational trackers.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve operational issues, and meet deadlines.



• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
