Job Title: QA/QC Inspector



Job Description



We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that construction projects consistently meet quality and compliance standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, accurate documentation skills, and proactive collaboration with project teams.



Key Responsibilities



Quality Control



• Supervise and inspect construction activities, including concrete casting, to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.



• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.



Documentation & Reporting



• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Site Instructions, Site Observation Reports, NCRs, and test records.



• Record weekly site activities and progress (including photographic evidence) for submission and audit purposes.



• Ensure all quality-related documents are organized and readily available for inspection.



Collaboration & Coordination



• Work closely with the Projects Manager, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues affecting quality and compliance.



• Assist with inspections of completed works, and monitor start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.



• Perform additional duties assigned by the Projects Manager.



Qualifications & Requirements



• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.



• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the construction/consultancy sector.



• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.



• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
