We’re Hiring: Loyalty Specialist

We are looking for a Loyalty Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of our loyalty programs while delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our cardholders.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare weekly and monthly loyalty reports and monitor redemption activities.
-Support and train loyalty desk employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve loyalty-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer service.
