Join Our Growing Team as an Insurance Consultant



We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals to join our steadily expanding team as Insurance Consultants.



As an Insurance Consultant, you will help clients understand their insurance needs and guide them toward the coverage that best fits their requirements and budget. You will also build strong, long-term relationships with clients while developing your own portfolio and growing your career in the insurance industry.



Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Identify and reach out to potential clients.

• Explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and limits clearly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Handle client inquiries, policy renewals, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.



Requirements

• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

• Sales experience is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
