voco Doha Central is seeking an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Office as part of our pre-opening and launch team. You will help the General Manager manage priorities, communications, meetings, and day-to-day business activities to keep the project moving smoothly.



Based in vibrant central Doha, this role requires 3–5 years of executive secretarial experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven proficiency with MS Office.
