About plumcut



plumcut builds and runs an intelligent automation system on the channels a brand's customers already use: WhatsApp, Instagram and web. It answers, actively sells (upsell, cross-sell, booking), and shows owners what their customers actually want. We're a Beirut-based startup in the LAUNCH accelerator, working with retail, F&B and hospitality brands across Lebanon and the Gulf.



The role



We're looking for a hungry, self-driven salesperson to open doors with multi-branch brands and close deals. This is a fully remote role. You'll own the full cycle: finding the right decision makers, booking demos, and closing.



What you'll do

• Prospect owners, CEOs and marketing heads at retail, F&B and hospitality brands

• Book and run discovery calls and demos, with founder support

• Follow up, negotiate and close deals

• Share what you hear from the market so we can sharpen the product



What we're looking for

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS or tech is a plus)

• A strong network in Lebanon or the GCC is a big plus

• Confident in English and Arabic, French is a bonus

• Self-managed and comfortable working fully remote

• Comfortable with a commission-based structure



Compensation



This role is commission-based.

• Sales test: a short, practical test of your sales skills.

• Start: you get onboarded and start selling.
