ASIA COLD plans to lease and retrofit existing warehouses into temperature-controlled, chilled and frozen facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.



Responsibilities: Coordinate Saudi government affairs, approvals and permits. Work with landlords on lease negotiations and warehouse handover. Coordinate contractors and suppliers on retrofit progress, quality and delivery. Liaise with customers on requirements and project implementation.



Requirements: Business proficiency in BOTH Mandarin Chinese and Arabic. Hands-on Saudi government affairs and approval experience. Strong negotiation and project coordination skills. Warehousing, logistics, cold chain, construction or Chinese-company project experience is preferred. Able to work long-term in Saudi Arabia and travel among Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.



Full-time, on-site role covering all three cities. Compensation and benefits to be discussed. Working arrangements will be agreed in the employment contract in accordance with applicable Saudi law.
