• Description: Key Responsibilities:



•

Strategic IT Leadership: Formulate and execute a multi-year technology and digital roadmap aligned with corporate growth, operational excellence, and customer experience goals.



•

Digital Transformation: Drive complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning digital showroom initiatives, omnichannel customer journeys, aftersales automation, and data analytics enablement.



•

Core Systems & Architecture: Direct the scalability, integration, and continuous evolution of enterprise systems, centered on SAP S/4HANA, SAP VSS, Salesforce, and SAP SuccessFactors.



•

Governance, Cyber & Risk: Establish robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Safeguard corporate assets with resilient cybersecurity, business continuity, and cloud infrastructure operations.



•

Portfolio & Vendor Management: Direct IT capital and operational expenditure (CapEx/OpEx), vendor ecosystems, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations to maximize ROI across all technology investments.



•

People & Culture: Mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary technology organization, fostering an accountable, innovative, and business-partnering mindset across all levels.



Key Qualifications & Experience:



•

Experience: 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience within large-scale enterprise environments (automotive dealership, distribution, or retail group experience is highly advantageous).



•

Transformation Track Record: Demonstrated success leading comprehensive digital transformations and modernizing core enterprise application stacks.



•

Technical Mastery: Hands-on executive oversight of enterprise ecosystems, specifically:

•

SAP S/4HANA



•

SAP VSS (Vehicle Sales & Service)



•

Salesforce (CRM / Experience Cloud)



•

SAP SuccessFactors



•

Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders, board members, and business unit leaders to drive adoption of strategic technology initiatives.



•

Financial & Commercial Acumen: Comprehensive experience in large-scale IT budgeting, vendor governance, and business value realization.
