Job Title: Receptionist for Automotive Workshop



Department: Customer Service Department



Job Objective



Manage the reception area and organize the reception and delivery process for high-end vehicles (German and European brands such as: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, Land Rover), and assess the condition of the vehicles upon arrival.



Main Responsibilities



1. Reception and Customer Interaction:

• Welcome customers in a professional manner that reflects the premium identity of the European car service center.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle intake to avoid congestion.



2. Initial Inspection and Opening Job Orders:

• Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle upon reception and record its current condition (scratches, dents, accessories, fuel level).

• Open a detailed Job Card containing vehicle information (VIN, model, odometer reading) and customer complaints.

Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills: High ability to interact with customers and provide service in a refined manner.

• Time Management: Organizing appointments and ability to work under pressure during peak times.

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing) for interaction with foreign technicians and technical terminology.

• Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using workshop management software (ERP) and office applications.
