ALJ Logistics operates within Abdul Latif Jameel's transportation business, focusing on logistics operations and commercial services. Its activities include freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs coordination, and cross-border logistics.



Role Purpose:



Drive profitable logistics revenue growth across the Easten Province by developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and selling integrated freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and value-added logistics solutions.



Key Activities:

• Develop and execute the Easten Province sales plan, customer segmentation, territory coverage, and opportunity pipeline.

• Acquire new customers and grow strategic accounts across target sectors and logistics products. Provide accurate forecasts and communicate customer commitments, risks, and operational requirements internally.

• Lead solution development, pricing coordination, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure in line with governance requirements. Lead account reviews and resolution of commercial or service issues affecting retention and growth.

• Maintain disciplined CRM records, forecasts, activity plans, and opportunity probability assessments.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Service to ensure feasible solutions and successful onboarding. Monitor revenue, margin, collections, customer retention, and market intelligence; take timely corrective action. Develop tailored multimodal and contract-logistics solutions based on customer supply-chain needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales.

• At least 3 years of experience selling logistics or supply-chain services.

• Professional certification in Sales, Key Account Management, or Logistics is preferred.

• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
