Job Overview. . . We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Food Packer / Meal Prep Assistant to support our meal prep operation. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, packing, and labeling meals according to invoices and macro requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Accurately weigh food portions according to meal specifications and macro targetsPack meals correctly based on customer invoices and order listsEnsure macronutrient accuracy (protein, carbs, fats) for each portionPrevent cross-contamination by following strict food safety proceduresUse separate utensils, containers, and surfaces where requiredLabel meals correctly with meal name, date, and dietary informationMaintain a clean and organised workstation at all timesFollow hygiene standards including glove use, hand washing, and sanitisingReport any inconsistencies in portion sizes, ingredients, or stockAssist with basic kitchen prep and packing duties when required. . Food Safety & Hygiene Requirements. . . Follow all food hygiene and health & safety regulationsNo cross-contamination between allergens, proteins, or meal typesCorrect storage of food items before and after packingMaintain temperature control for hot and cold foodsImmediate clean-down of spills and work surfaces



Experience: Not required

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: SATURDAY SUNDAY TURSDAY WEDNESDAY 10am to 5pm

Salary: £800 – £1,400 monthly

Starting time: Immediate start!
